We worked with Julianna Event Co. for our wedding, and from the very beginning, Kianna and Julia went above and beyond in every possible way.
They took the time to meet with us in person, really got to know us, and made sure they understood what we wanted our day to look and feel like. They struck the perfect balance of being extremely professional while also so warm and personable—it instantly felt like we were in great hands.
After our first meeting, there was no doubt in our minds that we were lucky to be working with them. Their attention to detail and understanding of the flow and logistics of a wedding day were invaluable. Even though my wife was very organized during the planning process, we didn’t realize how many small details there were to consider. After meeting Kianna and Julia, I was completely confident that we wouldn’t need to stress about any of it—they had everything covered.
All the planning documents (timelines, vendor lists, etc.) they created were beautifully organized and incredibly thorough, which made it so easy to keep track of every moving piece. They were always quick to respond to questions and provided realistic, thoughtful recommendations whenever we needed guidance.
And when it came to the wedding day itself—they were absolutely phenomenal. They kept everything running smoothly and on time, coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors, and even managed to organize our large bridal party of 23 people so that everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when.
Throughout the entire day, they were calm, cool, and collected, and when small issues came up (as they always do), they had already solved them before we even realized there was a problem.
If you’re thinking about planning and coordinating your wedding without Kianna and Julia—I highly recommend reconsidering. Not because you can’t do it, but because they’re truly that incredible to work with. Having them there allowed us to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment of our day.
